LifeEstateCalc ("we", "us", or "our") is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of data privacy, client confidentiality, and security for estate planning attorneys, CPAs, Medicaid planners, and property owners.
ABSOLUTE LOCAL STORAGE: LifeEstateCalc is engineered from the ground up as a 100% local-first application. All real estate deed parameters, parcel numbers, fair market values, life tenant and remainderman dates of birth, Medicaid lookback audits, and generated Actuarial Valuation Certificate PDFs are stored strictly within your iOS device's sandboxed encrypted SQLite database. We operate zero remote servers, cloud tracking databases, or external synchronization backends.
Information entered into LifeEstateCalc is processed strictly on-device to perform mathematical valuations and generate certificates:
We do NOT sell, rent, monetize, or disclose client real estate records, family asset information, or estate plans to title insurance companies, commercial real estate aggregators, county tax assessors, advertising networks, or third-party data brokers.
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled securely through Apple's native StoreKit 2 APIs. We never receive, process, or store your credit card details, banking credentials, or Apple ID account details. StoreKit transaction tokens and entitlement states are verified cryptographically by iOS on your physical device.
LifeEstateCalc contains zero third-party tracking or advertising SDKs (no Facebook SDK, Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer). Anonymized crash stacks may be provided by Apple only if you have chosen to share diagnostic reports in your iOS system settings.
You maintain complete control over your client files. Deleting a deed record inside the app immediately and permanently deletes all related calculations, beneficiaries, and generated PDF certificates. Deleting the application from your device removes all sandboxed files permanently.
