Standard Apple EULA: In addition to these Terms, your use of LifeEstateCalc is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing LifeEstateCalc ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. Professional & Legal Disclaimers (Not Legal or Tax Advice)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: LifeEstateCalc is a specialized actuarial mathematical calculation and certificate generation utility. LifeEstateCalc is NOT a law firm, does NOT practice estate planning, does NOT provide official tax advice, and does NOT issue title insurance policies. Actuarial calculations are based on published statutory schedules (including IRC § 7520, IRS Table 2010CM, and IRS Table S). Users should verify all calculations with licensed estate attorneys and CPAs before executing deed transfers or submitting tax returns.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (StoreKit 2)

LifeEstateCalc offers access to premium actuarial valuations, multi-life survivorship modeling, Medicaid spend-down clocks, and unwatermarked Actuarial Valuation Certificate PDF exports via Apple StoreKit 2:

4. Auto-Renewal & Billing Terms (Guideline 3.1.2)

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation or upon conclusion of the 7-day free trial period.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled in your Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the active subscription period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your chosen plan ($39.99/mo or $299.99/yr).
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or disable auto-renewal anytime in iOS device: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Trial Forfeiture: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall LifeEstateCalc, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from Medicaid ineligibility penalties, IRS tax deficiencies, capital gains audits, or adverse property title challenges arising from the use of this Application.
